Customer Support Executive

  • Handle Calls and Chats from Customers and escalate to concerned teams for solving complaints.
  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.
  • Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Building strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and regularly sharing product/Website/ application knowledge.
  • Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Building strong product expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

About you:

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • Hands on experience with CRM Tool / Freshdesk
  • Excellent communication skills – English & Tamil
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position / similar industry
  • Should be immediate joiners
