Responsibilities
Handle Calls and Chats from Customers and escalate to concerned teams for solving complaints.
Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
Escalating customer feedback as required.
Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Building strong client relationships by providing customers with ongoing support and regularly sharing product/Website/ application knowledge.
Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
Building strong product expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
About you:
Any Bachelor’s degree
Hands on experience with CRM Tool / Freshdesk
Excellent communication skills – English & Tamil
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position / similar industry
Should be immediate joiners
