Responsibilities of Sales Support Specialist
- Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs
- Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Support sales staff by completing and processing orders and keeping all other senior stakeholders informed of any issues with the closure of leads.
- Ensure the sales team is on track to meet Week on Week and month-end goals by sharing innovative lead-generating ideas from Marketing Team's end.
- Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings between departments
- Prepare timesheets and targets for sales teams
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out whenever necessary
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team by creating and issuing sales tracking documentation upon request.
- Any Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in supporting senior-level management including making travel arrangements and scheduling a weekly meetings.
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets using lookup and pivot tables, including other data management software
- Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude
- Must have excellent communication skills (Fluency in Tamil and English)
- Be strongly skilled in data entry, travel organisation and customer service including basic math and reporting skills
- Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
